no bake peanut butter bars

hey… we like a lil something sweet too

ingredients

  • wake + flake goji chocolate granola: 1 3/4 cups

  • peanut butter: 1 3/4 - 2 cups

  • maple syrup or honey: 1/2 cup

  • coconut flour: 3/4 cup

  • chocolate bar: 1 1/2 - 2 bars

  • coconut oil: 2 tbsp as needed

  • parchment paper

steps

  1. line pan with parchment paper

  2. mix peanut butter with syrup thoroughly then mix in the coconut flour

  3. use rubber spatula to spread the PB mix onto the parchment paper

  4. sprinkle wake + flake granola on top

  5. melt chocolate in a separate dish by breaking it up into pieces and adding the coconut oil. helpful to microwave in 1 minute increments and stir in between.

  6. evenly pour chocolate onto granola. Place in refrigerator until firm (~1-2 hours)
