Thank you for trying out manceBK! For our mancEats products, please allow 2-3 processing days given all orders are made fresh. We provide flat rate shipping for New York/New Jersey ($8) and California customers ($10). Everywhere else in the US will be calculated by weight and location. If our pricing algorithm charges you more than the cost of shipping, we will proactively provide a partial refund.

For our mancEats products, please reach out to tyler@mancebk.com if you would like a refund. We will provide a refund if notified within 14 days of receiving the order. We’re just happy you joined the tribe and will likely work something out if you are unhappy with our product. Please do not send a food order back to us.

Unfortunately some states are not as cool as others. If you purchase our CBD-infused products and live within the following states you will immediately be refunded due to that state’s restrictions:

• Kentucky

• Mississippi

• North Carolina

• Nebraska

• South Carolina
